CONFORMING ADVANCED LEADS

DESCRIPTION:
The conforming file targets homeowners who have est. credit scores ranging from 640 – 720. They have a minimum of 20K in revolving debt. This file enables you to target conforming borrowers that are in need of debt consolidation. They can either refinance for cash out or take out a second mortgage to pay off their credit cards.

SELECTIONS:
FULL NAME, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP + 4, TELEPHONE NUMBERS, LOAN AMOUNT, LENDER (WHERE AVAILABLE)
