DESCRIPTION:
Not all homeowners are likely candidates to purchase home equity loans. Specific financial needs (college tuition, home improvements and other major purchases) often drive the buying behavior of these consumers. By using individual credit data that is updated daily we are able to pinpoint all prospects by any credit guidelines. ISM has developed an equity model to identify homeowners who can be given a firm offer of a loan due pre-screen selection of all underwriting guidelines. Each list is built by all consumer demographics then appended with exact credit data. The file allows organizations to select names based on their current credit disposition that are updated every 24 hours, not monthly or quarterly for optimum accuracy. ISM has the option of providing Experian and Trans-union data.

SELECTIONS:
Credit Score Range, LTV, Mortgage Open Date, Loan Amounts, Revolving Debt, Loan Transaction Date, Phones Where Available, Lender Where Available, Adjustable and Fixed Rates.
